Influent to Open Call Center in Philippines

Influent plans to open its second customer contact center in the Philippines, a facility it anticipates will employ more than 1,000 by the end of he year.

The facility will be located in the Makati City area of Metro Manila. It will be managed by Steve Taylor, whose seven-year tenure with Influent includes managing U.S. contact center operations prior to moving to Manila to open its first location there in 2003.
