Investment company IMG/Chase Sports Capital Partners, located in New York, has reached a definitive agreement to acquire a 72% interest in the online retailer the Golf Warehouse (www.thegolfwarehouse.com) for an undisclosed sum.
The transaction, subject to regulatory approval and closing conditions, is expected to be completed next month.
