San Antonio, TX-based Harte-Hanks Inc., has acquired Hi-Tech Marketing, a supplier of telemarketing services to the information technology industry. The company is based in Slough, England. Chris Kaday, founder of Hi-Tech, will continue with the company, which will now be known as Harte-Hanks Response Management UK.
In an unrelated development, Harte Hanks has opened a new software solutions center in Round Rock, TX.
