Global Direct Inc., Calgary, Alberta, will acquire Innovative Communications, an Edmonton, Alberta-based direct marketing firm. Innovative Communications specializes in providing services to the communications industry.
The acquisition will be financed through working capital from Global Direct and through the future cash flow of Innovative Communications. The deal is expected to close by the end of July.
Global Direct is a technology-based media and communications firm that provides print direct mail, call center systems, and Internet services.
