Experian, Trilegiant and ConsumerInfo.com have formed a partnership to provide online delivery of credit services to five million Trilegiant customers.
ConsumerInfo.com and Experian will provide online, direct-to-consumer credit-related products for use in Trilegiant’s PrivacyGuard credit protection service, including ConsumerInfo’s three-bureau reports, Experian, Equifax and Trans Union.
PrivacyGuard currently provides paper-based credit-monitoring services for its members through relationships with leading financial institutions and retailers. The partnership will allow the five million members to access credit services online, such as instant credit reports and scores, three- bureau reports and e-mail alerts when key information changes in their personal credit files.
“Before the end of 2002, our Web sites will be upgraded to offer all members improved reporting, monitoring and financial protection,” said Trilegiant senior vice president Steve Upshaw.
