TradeZone, Westport, CT, has started up a new division “dedicated to ensuring flawless execution of co-marketing programs.” Called BackRoom, the new division will offer support for every stage of a promo execution, including written communication for and fields calls from the sales force, as well as act as an order tracking center, says BackRoom manager Greg Miller. “We found that promotion agencies want to hire execution teams for short-term promotions,” he says. “BackRoom provides agencies with the ability to get things done on an as-needed basis.”

The division will work directly with retailers to gain authorization for events, promos, or merchandising, providing materials including signage and detailed tracking reports.
