Epsilon Acquires Cohn Godley Norwood

Epsilon Data Management Inc., Burlington, MA, has bought marketing and creative services company Cohn Godley Norwood, Boston, in a stock and cash transaction. Terms were not disclosed.

The privately held Epsilon, with revenue in excess of $100 million, provides information-based marketing services to assist clients in building and enhancing customer relationships. The company’s services include database development and management, marketing strategy, systems consulting, analytical modeling and traditional direct marketing programs.

Cohn Godley Norwood will become an Epsilon subsidiary and change its name to CGN Marketing & Creative Services. Current president/CEO Ben Godley will continue in that capacity and co-founder Paul Norwood will maintain his title of executive vice president/creative director.
