Dun & Bradstreet Corp., the business informataion compiler based in Murray Hill, NJ, has named Allan Z. Loren chairman/CEO of its operating company.
When the previously announced separation of the D&B Operating Co. and Moody’s Investors Service is completed, Loren will become chairman/CEO of the new Dun & Bradstreet Corp. This separation is slated for completion Sept. 30.
For the past six years, Loren was executive vice president and chief information officer at the American Express Co. Before that, he was president/CEO at Galileo International, a global computer reservation system.
