The Direct Marketing Association has named Shawn M. Donnelley, manager of political affairs for printer R.R. Donnelley & Sons Co. as the new chairman of its direct voice political action committee as advisory board.
Donnelley succeeds Gary Giesler, chairman & chief executive officer, TransAmerica Holdings LLC, who has served as chairman of the PAC board since 1996.
