GN Netcom, a Copenhagen-based hands-free communications technologies developer, has agreed to acquire telephone equipment direct marketer Hello Direct, Inc. for $16.40 per share.
Hello Direct will operate as a unit of GN Netcom.
The company said this acquisition Hello Direct to more aggressively pursue e-commerce development and international expansion.
