Dapper to Leave Rapp Collins

Steven Dapper, chairman and CEO of Rapp Collins Worldwide, part of the Omnicom Group’s Diversified Agency Services unit, will leave at the end of the year to join the GTCR investment capital group. According to Rapp Collins, a “top-level search both inside and outside of Omnicom is under way.” Meanwhile, Edward R. McNally Jr., Rapp Collins president and COO, will continue to run the agency’s day-to-day operations. An interim team of office heads and various members of the board of directors has been created to address any transition issues that may arise.
