Damark International Inc., Minneapolis, named Kim M. Mageau senior vice president and chief financial officer. She had been with Deluxe Corp. The former Damark CFO, Steve Letak, left his position to become vice president and chief financial officer at ClickShip Direct Inc. The change represents the final step in separating the two management teams, according to Mark A. Cohn, who is chairman and chief executive officer of both Damark and ClickShip.
