CMI PrintGraphix Inc., based in Staten Island, NY, has acquired Carleton Communications, a direct mail marketing and data services firm located in Mechanicsburg, PA. Terms were not disclosed.
Carleton will be operated as a subsidiary of CMI. It will serve as a regional print production, fulfillment and data services firm. Carleton operates multiple presses and equipment for forms printing, mailing, sorting, collating, inserting and finishing pieces.
