Opt-in e-mail marketing services provider NetCreations Inc., based in New York, has named Tom Cloninger president/COO.
In his newly created role, Cloninger will manage the day-to-day operations of the company and use his database marketing experience to help the firm launch an online/offline business-to-consumer compiled database business.
Cloninger has more than 20 years of sales, marketing and accounting experience. He began his sales career at Infobase, moving up eventually to his most recent position as group executive at Acxiom Corp. where he was responsible for the InfoBase Data Group.
