China-based Yinwen Book Import and Export Co. has signed a deal with Intermost Corp, Orlando, FL, to begin planning an online bookstore of Chinese titles in the country.
Under the terms of the three-year agreement, Intermost will design and manage the book-selling site and provide electronic commerce consulting to the stated-owned Yinwen. In turn, Yinwen will provide Intermost with warehouse space, full access to its inventory and delivery mechanisms.
Terms were not revealed.
