Oxnard, CA-based Belding Sports claims its Balance Bag (below) is the best of the crop of backpack-style golf bags, due to “Quad Shock” technology that distributes the weight more evenly between the shoulders. Whatever. What will get you PROMO-philes into the swing is the fact that the bag is elegantly styled, suitable for logo stitching, and comes at a price that won’t have you veering off into the rough. Three different models range from $99 to $140 – and that’s retail. Belding’s Jackie Perrin says the company is willing to talk price on orders of 100 or more, which, by the way, she says can be delivered with only four weeks lead time.
