ARAMARK Corp., a provider of managed services, is reporting sales of $2.6 billion for its third quarter ended July 2, 2004, an 11% increase compared with the third quarter of 2003.
Organic sales growth was 8%. Income from continuing operations for the quarter was $64.5 million as compared to $63.9 million in the prior year quarter. For comparison purposes, after adjusting for two non-operating items that occurred in the third quarter of 2003, income from continuing operations increased 7%.
