Acxiom Corp., Little Rock, AR, has acquired Access Communication Systems Inc., Melville, NY. Terms were not disclosed.
The acquisition, the firm’s eighth in the last 16 months, is expected to complement Acxiom’s information technology Outsourcing Division.
Access had annual revenues of about $7.5 million. Acxiom Corp. has annual sales of $754 million. Founded in 1969, it has operations in the United Kingdom, Australia, France and Spain as well as the United States.
