Acquisition to Boost Revenues at iCrossing to $100 Million

The digital marketing services firm iCrossing Inc. has acquired the Web development agency Proxicom Inc. Terms have not been disclosed.

With this acquisition iCrossing said will generate more than $100 million in net revenues, with 550 employees and 12 offices located in the U.S. and United Kingdom.

New office locations for iCrossing are being added in Los Angeles, Irvine, CA, Reston, VA and Detroit. The merged companies will be combining offices in San Francisco, Chicago and New York.

Last week, Goldman Sachs and Oak Investment Partners led a $62 million investment in iCrossing, which recently acquired the search marketing agencies NewGate Internet and a SpannerWorks.
