Although MarketingClick.com technically has been around since September 1999, the site undergoes a major relaunch this month under the guidance of IndustryClick, a sister company to Intertec Publishing charged with making PROMO’s parent as pre-eminent an online source for business information as the company’s numerous print magazines have been for decades.

Using the resources of PROMO and Intertec’s other marketing titles including American Demographics, Folio, Direct, and Catalog Age as a foundation, MarketingClick will be your one-stop shop for industry information, with in-house services and outside links designed to serve all the needs of today’s integrated marketing professional.

Want news? In addition to the full archives and breaking news from PROMO and the aforementioned magazines, MarketingClick offers information gleaned from dozens of other sources that is categorized in six channels: Promotion, Internet Marketing, Direct Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising, and General Marketing.

Need a comprehensive listing of associations or events? The site has both, along with a stock-tracking service, buyer’s guides, directories, a research library, and a career center that will help job seekers target their next career move. (By the way, Frankel is looking for a creative director and Sprint needs a senior program manager to help launch a new product line.)

Future plans call for discussion groups, bulletin boards, and online auctions that will truly make MarketingClick an interactive community that lets professionals stay informed, communicate with their peers, find product and service information, and stay on top of the job market.
