Study: 81% of Marketers Use Geo-Precise Targeting

Marketers were quick to hop on the mobile wave in 2012, according to a report from xAd. While use of geo-precise targeting was weak at the start of last year, by the fourth quarter more than 8 out of 10 marketers were using those tactics.
