1-800-Flowers.com Inc. reported net income of $1.1 million for the third quarter, compared with a net loss of $1.5 million last year.
The Carle Place, NY company posted revenue of $213.8 million for the quarter ended April 1, an 18.8% gain over revenue of $180 million in the prior year.
Management attributed these results to growth in the firm’s consumer floral, wire service, gourmet food and gift basket operations.
