DraftWorldwide Buys Brand Agency

DraftWorldwide, the Chicago-based direct response agency, will acquire a majority stake in AG Worldwide, a brand strategy and advertising agency, according to wire service reports. AG Worldwide, which is headquartered in New York, is expected to operate as an independent unit of DraftWorldwide.
