Robert B. Wales has joined Shop at Home Inc. as executive vice president of operations.
Wales is a veteran of the home shopping industry. He had been at Home Shopping Network for 11 years as call center director and as an information systems manager. Wales had also been a manager at Teletech Holdings, a worldwide provider of call center services , and CIO for Newgen Results Inc., a business-to-business application services provider of CRM for the automotive industry.
