TeleTech Holdings Inc., Denver, CO, has acquired Contact Center Holding, SA, a privately held customer management company that has offices located throughout Spain, including Barcelona, Madrid, Valencia, Zaragoza and Seville. The acquisition, in which shares of TeleTech were used as payment, is valued at approximately $100 million.
Contact Center Holding is the parent company of Difusio Telemarketing Grup SA, a customer relationship management firm. Difuso’s core customer base includes vertical market related to TeleTech, such as telephony and financial services.
