Splenda Samples Via Coffeehouses

McNeil Nutritionals woos coffee-drinkers in six cities with on-pack samples of Splenda sweetener.

A month-long sampling effort through coffeehouses in Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, New York City, Philadelphia and San Francisco puts 1 million Splenda samples on coffee-cup sleeves. It’s the first time Fort Washington, PA-based McNeil, a division of Johnson & Johnson, has used on-cup sampling. The effort runs through October. BriteVision Media, San Francisco, handles.
