Direct Media Inc. is the latest list company to have its name misused in e-mails.
Offshore spammers are sending messages naming DMI as their list source, and there seems to be no way to stop them.
This came to light about a month ago when consumers started demanding that the firm remove their names off the lists. At deadline, DMI had received 450 complaints by e-mail and phone, according to according to chief operating officer Rick Sarli.
