Sapient has completed the acquisition of Planning Group International, Inc. (PGI), a Miami-based integrated marketing agency, for an undisclosed sum.
With the acquisition, Sapient has formed a new business unit called Experience Marketing, headed by Gaston Legorburu, PGI CEO.
