Rapp Collins Worldwide has named Steve Bass director, global integration and development and Matthew Hafkin global chief financial officer.
Bass joined the company from sister agency DDB, where he was marketing manager on the ExxonMobil account. Hafkin had previously been CFO of Rapp Collins North America.
