The Dialog Corp., Cary, NC, now offers pay-per-view access over the Internet of its database of 50,000 publications. Dialog will also team up with Netscape Communications Corp. to offer three topic-specific portal sites: business, science, and technology. Charges range from 20 cents to $20.
