Gryphon Networks has received a U.S. patent for database technology used with telemarketing predictive dialers for accessing do-not-call lists.
The technology enables dialers to link with corporate databases to identify telephone numbers on do-not-call lists. Federal and state regulations require such lists be maintained and used in conjunction with telemarketing.
“Outbound telemarketing has become incredibly sophisticated and challenging. The rewards for those who do it well are increased revenues and profits,” said in a statement Keith Fotta, CEO of Gryphon.
