Nautilus Group Chairman and Founder Cook to Retire

Brian Cook, chairman of The Nautilus Group, Inc., will retire effective March 1. He will also resign from the company’s board of directors.

Gregg Hammann, president and CEO, has been chosen to take the additional position of chairman. Hammann has been with the company since last July.

Cook founded Bowflex, the corporate predecessor of Nautilus, in 1986. He served as CEO from 1986 to July 2003. During his time the company expanded to incorpate Schwinn/GT Corp and StairMaster.
