Direct Results Group, a Boston-based direct marketing agency, has been acquired by Jordan Industries, Inc., parent company of SourceLink Business Services, Inc., a provider of outsourced, direct marketing and database management services.
Terms were not revealed.
Direct Results will continue to do business under its existing name with continuity in management.
