Jackson Hewitt Ties Game to NASCAR

Posted on by Chief Marketer Staff

Tax preparation company Jackson Hewitt is out with a scratch-off game tied to its NASCAR sponsorship that gets consumers into its offices.

The “Race In & Win” scratch-off game gives players the chance to win a $50,000 grand prize, VIP tickets to a 2007 NASCAR Nextel Cup Series Race, gift certificates to the Richard Petty Driving Experience, large screen plasma televisions and other prizes.

Consumers can find out where to get the cards at Raceinandwin.com through April 15.

The game cards are distributed via Blockbuster new release DVD inserts, direct mail and local Jackson Hewitt events. Consumers have until April 29 to take the game card to a Jackson Hewitt location to match the code to a display to find out if they have won. Each game piece also includes a 20% discount off select NASCAR items and a $10 discount off tax preparation at Jackson Hewitt locations nationwide.

The Parsippany, NJ-based company is “The Tax Service of NASCAR” and has a three-driver endorsement for the 2006 NASCAR Nextel Cup season.
