The J. Jill Group Inc. has named Kathie Lynch as vice president of fulfillment operations.
Lynch takes over for Steve Lord who had announced his retirement set for later this year.
Most recently, Lynch worked for 15 years for Federated Department Stores Inc. in its Cheshire Direct division. The division supports catalog operations for Bloomingdale’s by Mail and Macys.com. She served as vice president, fulfillment operations, responsible for all operations in the distribution center.
The J. Jill Group in Quincy, MA, is a retailer of high-quality women’s apparel, accessories and footwear. The company markets its products through its specialty retail stores, catalogs and its Web site. Its styles and products appeal to affluent women age 35 and older.
