Infographic: 68% of Marketers Plan to Increase Data-Related Marketing Spending in 2013

Infogroup Targeting Solutions (ITS) and Yesmail Interactive have partnered to take a look at how companies plan on responding to the surge of “big data” in 2013. One of the fruits of that research is an infographic, which includes the following findings:

– 68 percent of marketers plan to increased data-related spending in 2013

– 83 percent of marketers plan to at least start considering using real-time data

– 78 percent of marketers plan to integrate social media data to drive marketing campaigns in other channels

– 39 percent of marketers aren’t using data such as demographics and purchase behavior to tailor their marketing messages by channel
