How to Turn Customers Into Content Marketers

CustomersAccording to a recent survey from VerticalResponse, finding and posting content is the most time-consuming social media activity for small businesses. Meanwhile, 43 percent of small businesses spend six or more hours per week on social media, and 66 percent are spending more time on social media than they did a year ago. Clearly, this means small businesses should be looking for ways to lighten their already heavy load. One way to do this is leveraging customers to do their content marketing for them. Here are five ways to do this

1) gather customer-generated content from social networks and put it on your website

2) don’t ignore or delete negative comments
