How Convenient

Posted on by Chief Marketer Staff

Teens may spend a lot of time hanging out in front of 7-Eleven, but they also venture into the store with regularity. Then again, so do their parents and grandparents.

According to surveys conducted by Meyers Research, Inc., 56 percent of consumers under 21 years old visit a convenience store five times or more per week. The figure grows to 65 percent for respondents aged 21 to 34 and peaks with the 34 to 44 age group, in which two-thirds of respondents stop at C-stores at least five times each week.

Overall, 85 percent of respondents said they stop at a convenience store at least three times weekly.
