Vidyard practices what it preaches. The company won an IM+T Award last year for a campaign it did for its own brand, to generate new leads and drive downloads of content assets to help qualify the interest of website visitors. The “12 Days” campaign featured a microsite where visitors were greeted with a personalized video and encouraged to “open gifts” that moved them through the site.

“Companies are investing more in video and it is becoming part of their core strategy, because you can communicate complex ideas in a simple way,” said Michael Litt, CEO of Vidyard, in an interview with Chief Marketer last year.
