EWayDirect Acquires The Catamount Group

EWayDirect, an online marketing service provider, has acquired The Catamount Group. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

The Catamount Group is a direct-response media company that connects businesses with unique opportunities and new customers through a range of both online and offline services.

EWayDirect, offers email marketing, SEO and PPC search marketing, Web site reengagement, social networks, and widgets.

The two companies previously had a business relationship under which The Catamount Group offered eWayDirect
