GroceryIQ eportedly comes preloaded with more than 130,000 items commonly found in supermarkets across America. The software enables users to organize their personal shopping lists by store, aisle, buying history, favorites, as well as customizing item sizes.

“GroceryIQ has quickly established itself as the category leader among grocery shopping applications for the IPhone and is a natural complement to our rapidly expanding digital coupon platform,” said Steven Boal, CEO of Coupons Inc., in a statement. “This acquisition will enable Coupons, Inc. to better serve our packaged goods clients and retail partners as they move to create mobile relationships with their customers.”
