CommercialWare Inc. has acquired OrderMotion, an ASP direct commerce system provider. OrderMotion provides direct commerce targeting for small- to medium-sized businesses. Terms of the deal were not revealed.
OrderMotion allows sales channels to be integrated into a single platform for management, control and reporting functions.
