Chili’s, Southwest Airlines Team for Winter Get-Aways

Chili’s Restaurants are helping customers escape the winter doldrums in exchange for the warmer climates of the Southwest under a new sweepstakes with Southwest Airlines.

Customers who visit participating Chili’s restaurants can enter the Chili’s Southwest Vacations Getaway sweepstakes for a chance to win one of 15 trips to the Southwest. Under the partnership, Southwest Airlines will provide sweepstakes winners with round-trip airfare for a three-night trip with a car rental to Albuquerque/Santa Fe, NM, Las Vegas, Denver, Los Angeles, Phoenix, San Antonio, TX and San Diego CA.

To enter, customers must submit the user i.d. number from their meal check online at ChilisGoSouthwest.com. The sweepstakes is open to consumers 18 and older and runs through Feb. 6.

Chili’s is wrapping the promotion around its new Grilled Southwest Combinations menu items, including Mexican Scampi and Cheese Taquitos. The new Southwestern dishes are available for $8.99 for a limited time.

“It’s exciting to give our guests the opportunity to spice up their life with Southwest dishes at a special price and provide them with a chance to experience the Southwest first-hand,” said Todd Diener, Chili’s president, in a statement.
