Web transaction processing firm Suncom, Vancouver, has formed a strategic alliance with DVC Interactive (DVCI), a subsidiary of Morristown, NJ-based Dugan Valva Contess. The companies will reciprocally refer new business prospects and provide services to each other’s clients and customers.

Suncom provides e-commerce services to small and medium-sized businesses through a licensing agreement with VirtualSellers.com. DVCI offers interactive marketing services and Web site development for larger companies including AT&T, Merrill Lynch, and Johnson & Johnson.

VirtualSellers.com creates customized, secure e-commerce services for marketing over the Web, and caters to companies with small development budgets. The company conducts transactions from payment processing to credit verification, and generates revenues through transaction fees for each sale.
