The Today Show: is calling on viewers and others to produce videos using clips from the show for a chance to have the video run live on the popular NBC morning show. The 2-minute clips from the show include co-host Matt Lauer spitting out his coffee when weatherman Al Roker cracks a joke, a dance segment with all of the anchors and a clip of a monkey hopping across the heads of Hoda Kotb and Kathie Lee Gifford. As the name of the contest suggests, “Today’s Viral Video Contest,” the goal is to have the videos go viral.
