At Hunter Straker – This agency significantly grew its digital investment by employing 20 digital strategists, as well as specialists in media, influencer, account and creative. It brought all of its digital resources together within the company under one team led by Jason Katz. The agency introduced Shoppergraphics, a proprietary behavior-tracking tool that analyzes 57 digital touch points along the path-to-purchase, and generates seven key shopper profiles. This Top Shop also put in place a new measurement approach and process.
