REGAL ENTERTAINMENT GROUP:

participating theaters are offering limited-edition (300,000) mini CDs for the release of ELVIS 2ND TO NONE affixed to the lids of fountain drinks. The CD is available at Regal Cinemas, United Artists Theaters, Edwards Theaters and Hoyts Cinemas. LidRock, a division of the Convex Group, Inc., Atlanta, handles.

BEST BUY: is offering customers a free Coming Attractions DVD during October with the purchase of any CD, DVD or video game. The DVD includes more than two hours of previews and clips from movies, music and games. It also includes coupons for discounts on entertainment software at Best Buy stores.

NICKELODEON: is partnering with Holiday Inn Hotels & Resorts to develop the first Nick-themed hotel. The hotel will open in Orlando, FL in 2005 and will be called the Nickelodeon Family Suites by Holiday Inn. Nickelodeon will convert the Holiday Inn Family Suites Resort, located in Lake Buena Vista in a $20 million renovation.

RAMADA FRANCHISE SYSTEMS: Parsippany, NJ, will give a $15 MasterCard gift card to guests who stay two consecutive nights through Dec. 18 and pay with MasterCard.

PLEASANT CO.: Middleton, WI, opens its second American Girl Place on Nov. 8 in New York City. The first Place, in Chicago, attracts tourists nationally with its shops, café and theater.
