Delivery Agent Inc., an online marketing and entertainment services company, has acquired the Band, an interactive marketing agency.
Terms were not disclosed.
Through this acquisition, Delivery Agent said it would be able to scale its clients’ commerce and marketing campaigns across the Internet, mobile and television.
