Pepsi Collects 2 Million Sign-Ups for Billion Dollar Sweeps

After a month, Pepsi’s Play for a Billion has drawn 2 million registrants eager for a shot at stardom (and $1 billion, of course).

To register, consumers enter codes found on specially marked Pepsi, Mountain Dew and Sierra Mist products at

One thousand consumers will be randomly selected to compete on a live reality game show hosted by Drew Carey and shown on The WB in September. The winner gets $1 million, plus the chance to try for $1 billion.
