Industry Pulse Survey: Threads Vs. X

X CEO Linda Yaccarino spoke out this week about the company’s rebrand from Twitter, new content control tools put in place to reassure brands, and her views on Threads as a potential competitor to X. But not everyone shares her optimism. We polled our readers on the topic for CM’s latest Industry Pulse Survey, which yielded some pretty interesting results. Below are five insights culled from the survey on the viability of Threads as an advertising platform—and whether marketers believe that X is a brand-safe social media platform.
